John F Hunt has started another prestigious project at Bedford Avenue, the team have successfully removed all Hazardous materials and soft stripped the building back to the structure.
A fully sheeted scaffold has been erected to encapsulate our works, this scaffold not only provides protection but reduces our environmental impact on the surrounding neighbours.
Within the building, our temporary works engineers have designed and installed a temporary works propping system to the structure allowing the demolition equipment to be lifted to roof level.
