Due to continual growth, John F Hunt Concrete Cutting is looking for a Trainee Plant/Brokk Fitter to join their evolving team.
Duties:
You will be learning how to service, maintain and fix the Concrete Cutting Plant and Equipment.
Role:

Support with general yard duties
-
Carry out scheduled service inspections, service and repair a range of plant equipment in under the supervision of the senior fitter.

Following safety and housekeeping standards in both the workshop.

Maintain knowledge of relevant health and safety requirements.

Undertake regular maintenance procedures to ensure the plant is serviced in line with protocols.

Ensuring all issues that are solved, remain operational with minimum interruption to service.

Loading and unloading of equipment.

Maintaining a tidy workplace, including the yard, workshop, and office.

Assisting and learning from the fitters.
Requirements:

A “can-do” and enthusiastic attitude and eagerness to learn is essential.

Happy to work outside in the elements and work with heavy equipment. (Full Personal Protection Equipment will be provide)

Able to work as part of a team.

Full driving licence.
-
Right to work in the UK.
