developers, we also undertake sub-contract
works for Main Contractors and are frequently
employed as a consultant to produce Construction
Management Plans to aid Planning Applications.

We offer pre-construction services such as logistical
planning, environmental considerations, all aspects
of tailored, multi-faceted demolition, structural
solutions and confined space advice for densely
populated inner city sites.

We work in occupied
premises, on busy
pedestrian routes and
have particular expertise
in Network Rail and LUL
