Drilling, Bursting & Cutting Equipment





                           Drilling

                           •  Special diamond tip drills which will cut through concrete and steel to virtually any
                               depth.
                           •  Drilling can be carried out at almost any angle, horizontally and vertically.
                           •  We have an extensive fleet including DK32, DM 340, the popular DD 350 and many
                               more!!


                           Bursting / Crunching

                           •  Both crunching and bursting are extremely efficient methods of removing
                               concrete without vibration or water.
                           •  Multiple burster heads can achieve a bursting power ratio of up to 2,000 tonnes.
                           •  Concrete can be hand crunched up to 300mm thick.




                           Floor sawing

                           •  Floor sawing is the best form of cutting to create expansion joints in reinforced
                               concrete slabs or other solid materials, from 50mm to a depth of 620mm.
                           •  Electric floor saws are particularly suitable for use in environmentally sensitive areas.
                           •  Machines are ergonomic and compact.

                           Track sawing


                           •  High frequency Pentruder track saw unit which runs off 3 Phase power.
                           •  Some track saws can take up to a 2.2 metre blade.
                           •  Ideal for cutting holes in walls, doorways and windows.




                           Wire sawing

                           •  A choice between Pentruder and Hilti machines.
                           •  Wire sawing is an efficient method for extracting large sections of heavily
                               reinforced concrete with ease.
                           •  Flexibility in awkward or difficult spaces.
