John F Hunt Regeneration recently hosted the Meningitis Now Golf Day at The Warwickshire Golf & Country Club. It was an incredible success, filled with sunshine, laughter, and friendly competition, all in support of a cause that means so much to us.
The atmosphere was brimming with togetherness and generosity from the first tee to the clubhouse celebrations. We’re proud to share that the event raised significant funds for Meningitis Now, helping the charity continue its vital work in research, awareness, and support for those affected by Meningitis.
A huge thank you goes to everyone who participated, from our colleagues, clients, and sponsors. Your enthusiasm, generosity, and team spirit made the day one to remember.
This event carries special meaning for us all at John F Hunt. In 2015, Ben Williams, CEO of John F Hunt Regeneration, and his family tragically lost their son, Harry, to pneumococcal Meningitis just before his ninth birthday. Since then, Ben and his family have been dedicated supporters of Meningitis Now, turning their loss into a lasting legacy of hope.
Through his ongoing commitment, Ben has become a Business Ambassador for the charity, and we’re honoured to support its mission alongside him.
This year’s golf day coincided with World Meningitis Day, held on 5th October, a global day of awareness, remembrance, and action. As we reflect on the day, we’re reminded of why these moments matter: to honour those we’ve lost, to support families affected, and to push forward towards a future free from Meningitis.
Every donation, every conversation, and every event helps make that vision a reality.
