C.D.M. Management

Did You Know?…

The Construction Design & Management Regulations state that all those involved in undertaking a Construction Project have a Duty of Care to ensure the works are effectively designed, planned and managed. The object of these regulations is to reduce the risk of harm to those that build, use, maintain and demolish the structures.

We Can Help You…

Our demolition company has the experience to undertake the duty of CDM  Principal Contractor in accordance with the CDM Regulations, as approximately 80% of our work is carried out in this role.  As part of our demolition services we are able to offer you a complete advisory package through our health and safety consultants which includes risk assessments and construction phase plans,  whilst assuming the responsibility of Principal Contractor.
