100 Ton Crane Lift Kicks Off Demolition at Tottenham Court Road
John F Hunt Demolition undertook a 100 Ton Crane lift for raising new demolition equipment onto the 7th floor at the Tottenham Court Road project. Following the briefing, the team commenced positioning the Mobile Crane and outrigger mats in their correct locations clear of any service manholes or neighbouring basement walls. Climbing Mt Kilimanjaro For Charity: Bill's Account
The trek began at the Rongai route entrance of the Kilimanjaro National Park. Our group, which consisted of 21 "equally stupid", I mean, "intrepid trekkers", made our way over the next 4hrs (at a rather pedestrian pace set by the porters) to the Myers Camp Site at 2760 mtrs above sea level. “This is going to be easy” we thought! John F Hunt have started another prestigious project at Bedford Avenue, the team have successfully removed all Hazardous materials and soft stripped the building back to the structure. A fully sheeted scaffold has been erected to encapsulate our works, this scaffold not only provides protection but reduces our environmental impact to the surrounding neighbours.
