Ben Williams (Managing Director of John F Hunt Remediation Ltd) commented that ‘this is a challenging and exciting project which requires a multi-disciplinary and robust skill set to deliver it. John F Hunt Demolition is pleased to be able to provide these skills, through the strength of the Group, and it is rewarding to be involved in a project which will lead to the site being handed back to a prestigious land owner in the form of the National Trust.’ The presence of an industrial legacy, ecology issues and a river that is prone to significant flash flooding all require careful consideration.
